Welcome!

Dear Friends,

I have loved country and primitive style decorating since I was a young teen. I have spent a lot of time reminiscing this summer and have decided to dabble in the passions of my youth and try my hand at designing some Victorian and country greeting cards and tags.

I can remember when I lived in the family home and we redecorated one room at a time as the budget allowed. Each room was transformed into a cozy country retreat filled with red jelly cupboards, rag balls and homespun curtains that I made on the sewing machine with my Grandma. She got as much of a thrill at the finished room as I did.

My uncle and I would sand and paint the wood and Grandma would give us a thumbs up as we moved, and changed pieces until they were just right. We would scout gift shops on our family vacations and we come home with some wonderful treasures. Black iron chandeliers and antique books. Candles adorned every corner and the kitchen was always so warm and cozy.

One winter we decided to pull up all of the old linoleum flooring and sand the hard wood underneath so we could have hardwood floors in the kitchen/breakfast room... Well needless to say that job took over 3 months. The finished product was beautiful. I have so many happy memories associated with the country/colonial style that I wanted to try to incorporate them into my paper design business.

I hope you smile and remember some happy times when you see them. Enjoy!

Many Blessings,
Angelina
